Shipment Policy – Clickva

This Shipment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the processing, shipping, and delivery of products purchased through Clickva (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Order Processing
1.1. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to confirmation of product availability and successful payment authorization. Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

1.2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders with customizations may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.

2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis and subject to applicable laws and courier availability.

2.2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days

International Orders: 7–30 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery time may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors such as weather conditions or regulatory delays.

2.3. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. Clickva will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Promotional free shipping offers may apply during select campaigns.

4. Tracking & Notifications
Once the order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be sent to the registered email and/or mobile number. Customers may track their shipment through the respective courier service's tracking portal.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order after standard attempts:

The shipment may be returned to Clickva.

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

If the customer cancels the order after a failed delivery, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling fees.

6. Loss, Damage, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing:

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Provide photographic evidence of the outer package and inner contents.

Resolutions may include:

Replacement of damaged items (subject to stock availability)
