1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Clickva ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and all interactions with Clickva in any form—online, offline, or through third-party platforms.

By engaging with our services or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not access or use any of our services.

2. Scope of Services
These T&C apply to, but are not limited to, the following Clickva offerings:

Sale and delivery of CRM software with a one-year license term

Digital marketing and ad campaign management services (Meta, Google, WhatsApp CRM)

3D printed and laser-engraved models (pre-designed and custom)

Other allied software and tech services as introduced from time to time

3. General Conditions
These terms apply to all users, whether individual customers, companies, institutions, or resellers.

The Company may update or revise these T&C at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.

Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Product & Service Terms
4.1 CRM Software License
Clickva provides access to a CRM solution under a non-transferable, single-user license valid for one (1) year.

Only one license per customer account may be active at a time.

Misuse, duplication, or unauthorized access to CRM features will result in immediate termination of access.

4.2 Digital Marketing Services
Marketing services are executed as per package terms. No guarantees are made regarding campaign outcomes or ROI.

Users are responsible for the ad content provided unless full creative services are contracted.

4.3 3D Printed & Laser Engraved Products
Products are available as prebuilt models or custom-designed orders.

Minor variations in finish, color, or material may occur due to the manufacturing process.

Custom orders are non-refundable once approved and entered into production.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are quoted in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes, as specified.

Payments must be made via approved payment gateways. Clickva does not store sensitive payment information.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Please refer to our [Shipment Policy] for detailed terms related to logistics, timelines, delivery failures, and customer responsibilities.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, graphics, and models provided or displayed by Clickva are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, license, or reverse-engineer any product or service without explicit written permission.

Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

8. Limitations of Liability
Clickva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its products or services.

We are not liable for third-party service interruptions, delivery failures, or platform downtime.

CRM performance, ad performance, or business outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. User Conduct & Restrictions
By using our services, you agree not to:

Engage in unauthorized resale or commercial use of our services

Attempt to bypass security mechanisms

Transmit any harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content

Damage Clickva's brand reputation through misrepresentation

10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if a user:

Violates these Terms & Conditions

Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Creates legal or reputational risk for the Company

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.

Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the cancellation of services and products offered by Clickva (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the eligibility criteria for refunds. By placing an order with Clickva, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to all products and services offered by Clickva, including but not limited to:

CRM software (annual license)

Digital marketing and ad management services

3D printed and laser-engraved models

Custom and commissioned works

2. Cancellation Terms
2.1 CRM Software
Once a license is activated or issued to the customer, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If activation has not yet occurred and a written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase, cancellation may be granted at our sole discretion.

2.2 Digital Marketing Services
Cancellation of marketing services must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the start of campaign execution.

If campaign work has already commenced (e.g., ad creation, account setup, scheduling), cancellation may not be permitted, or partial charges may apply.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable once the campaign goes live.

2.3 Prebuilt 3D Printed or Laser-Engraved Products
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production or packing has not yet started.

After processing or dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.

2.4 Custom Projects and Commission Work
Custom orders are non-cancellable once design, modeling, or production has begun.

Advance payments made for such work are non-refundable, as they cover initial design and labor costs.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Product damaged during shipping (see Section 4)

Duplicate payment errors

Non-delivery due to confirmed fault of Clickva

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
For physical products:

Any claims for damage, missing parts, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photo or video evidence to initiate a resolution.

Depending on the situation, resolutions may include:

Replacement of the item

Partial or full refund

Store credit

Claims received after 48 hours may not be eligible.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Activated CRM software licenses

Partially or fully used marketing services

Custom-built products

Discounted or promotional items

Charges paid for shipping or payment gateway fees

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to:

7. Modification of Policy

8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
